Create data entity for Estimate Projects (ProjWIPTable).  Without this data entity, the necessary estimate project cannot be loaded and associated for Fixed-Price projects through data migration.

The "Week summary to date" factbox displays a summary of timesheet hours for a given timesheet period.  

This summary information is misleading during a split week, as the factbox appears to display hours information for the full week, but instead only calculates hours information for days within the split timesheet period.

This form would be more useful if it reported across the full week (not just the split portion of the timesheet period), or hid the days that it was not actually reporting on so that the user was not mislead to think the sum for those days was zero.

Instead of starting with legal entity populated on new timesheet line, allow worker to select the project dropdown first and be able to choose from any project across all legal entities.

 When uploading an attachment, enable the ability to click on multiple files and have all selected files uploaded as attachments of that type.

Expense Delegation enables a user to submit an expense on behalf of another worker.  Extend this functionality so that a delegate user can submit a cash advance requests on behalf of that worker as well.

Enable timesheet delegation between workers in different legal entities.

Example:

Alice is a worker in Company A.

Bob is a worker in Company B.

Enable the ability for Alice to be setup as a delegate and enter time on behalf of Bob in company B.

Unlike Expenses, there is no form to view ALL Cash Advances (only "approved and paid, approved, and cash advances for my review).

Additionally, unlike expenses there is no print button to print out a formatted report of cash advance requests. The browser does not handle basic print-to-screen of the cash advance form very well at all, so a formatted report, similar to the expense report printing.

Modify All vendors form to enable viewing of vendors across legal entities, similar to the existing functionality on the All projects form.

Create a data entity for loading milestones and other on account transactions (projtransonacctable)
