Copilot Studio Message Consumption Reports in PPAC

Suggested by Sascha Fiebig New  0 Comments

There are two different reports that can be downloaded from PPAC regarding the Copilot Studio Message consumption. A tenant report and a environment report. The environment report contains a more detailed consumption per agent. I would like to have this data available in the tenant report as well. We have 1000+ environments and it is impossible to get a decent overview of the consumption per agent for each environment.

Improve PPAC License Requirement Report Access via GDAP

Suggested by Cristian Jimenez Castillejos New  1 Comments

Reporting an issue where a Microsoft partner is unable to view their client's licenses in the PPAC, despite having all necessary GDAP roles assigned. This issue is particularly challenging as the report is still in preview, and there is no dedicated support team to address these failures.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Log in to the Partner Center using an account with GDAP roles assigned.
    2. Navigate to the PPAC license requirement report.
    3. Attempt to view the client's licenses.
    4. Observe that the report fails to display correctly, showing "No data to display." (screenshot below)

Please enhance the functionality and reliability of the PPAC license requirement report, ensuring it works seamlessly with GDAP permissions. Provide clear documentation on the required configurations and roles for partners to access the report.

Improve Sorting Functionality in New Power Platform Admin Center

Suggested by Cristian Jimenez Castillejos New  0 Comments

Currently, the New Power Platform Admin Center is in preview, and a customer reported experiencing issues with sorting environments by column headers. Specifically, when attempting to sort by the "Database Consumed" column, the environments are not sorted correctly from highest to lowest. This issue seems to affect to most of the columns and under specific conditions of certain customers.

Additionally, when users click on the headers to sort, a down arrow appears on all headers, which creates confusion as it is unclear which column is sorted and in what order. This is not a good user experience and needs improvement.

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Log into PPAC
    2. Go to Licensing > Dataverse
    3. Click on "Manage Billing Plans" button
    4. Sort by any column header (i.e. Database consumption)
    5. The arrows will display in all the columns and the table is not sorted (see screenshot below)

We suggest improving the sorting functionality to ensure accurate and reliable sorting by all column headers.

Copilot's form fill assistance feature - Different settings for different tables

Suggested by Nicolai Schjørmann New  0 Comments

It would be a good option to be able to configure if the "Copilot's form fill assistance feature" should be activated per table, and not only turned on or off for the full environment.

Improve Modern Model Driven App Themes

Suggested by Pete Majer New  0 Comments

To fully use themes in model driven apps, you currently need to:

    1. Create an XML file with Hex codes and edit the "Override app header color" setting, and
    2. Go to Settings -> Customization -> Customizations -> Theme and update the Hex codes and Logo with another web resource

We should combine these two locations and make it simpler to update the colors vs. the manual steps of creating web resources and updating in different spots. Sync these two theming locations into one.

    Service Notifications for D365

Suggested by Silas Lind New  0 Comments

As of January 17th, 2025, service notifications are sent to active members of the Dynamics 365 Administrator and Power Platform Administrator role. Previously, they were sent to users that were assigned the System Administrator role.

After engaging with MS support, we have been told that there are no other ways to receive these notifications. It also requires that the individual be elevated to the appropriate admin role to receive notifications. As we use PIM for all admin roles, this leaves us with no reliable way to receive these notifications.

We need some way to receive messages regarding service interruptions. Email would be sufficient, but locking it behind admin roles is a poor decision.

All connections need to be shareable

Suggested by Nick Thoman New  0 Comments

We are using Deployment Pipelines to manage all our Power App and Workflows from Dev to Test to Prod. We use the Delegated Deployment option using a Service Principal account. This is to make sure all connections are workflows are shared to that account. This helps when you have multiple people working in the Power Platform and someone leaves the company. Their flows and power apps will still work. However, we discovered today that if a Solution includes some "Desktop Flows" and you are promoting it to a new environment, the deployment will fail. You will get an error

"ServicePrincipalShareNotSupportedInApi - Sharing connections with a service principal is not supported by the api."

This happens because under the connections section, we check the option to share connections with service principal account. This is required to ensure workflows will run correctly when deployed. This needs to be allowed with Desktop Flow Machine Group connections too.

My work around right now is to manually export the solution as zip as a managed solution. Then manually import it into the new environment. Once imported, you will be able to deploy updates to the solution with Pipelines once more.

Callender view in power portals is not as same as in power apps

Suggested by Surya Prakash New  0 Comments

    HI Team,

I am using OOB Calendar column in power apps and the view is working perfect in the format however when I view the same form in power pages the view and format is missing and I can see only in a text format. It would be great if you implement the supported features in near future . Thanks
