    Duplication Detection Rule

    At the feature of (Duplicate detection rules), doesn't allow to change somethings that could help our customers when they finding a record duplicated. For example:


    1 - Change the fields from the view showed when a record is duplicated. This Would be allow the Customers to put the fields that they need to see the information, and decide what they need to do with your record form example. I have a problem with the Contac table.


    2 - The possibility to disable the Buttom Merge from the screen of Duplicate detection rule, showed when the record is saved. This feature shouldn't apear from all users. For example our Customer doesn't allow yous users to merge Contacts records.


    3 - Allow the Duplicate detection rule run only the Customer wants. For example, our Customer wants that yours users will be seeing the screen from the Duplicate detection rule, when they are creating a record. Today the rule runs to all steps Create ou Update, and when the record is Updating too. For our Customer this is not so good.


    I'm glad to share our cosiderations and I hope to see these features on the system in the near future. This is will help the Customers and they will like a lot.

    Sync Contact using AD group

    Microsoft only offers the following methods for importing contacts: Excel, CSV, XML, and Exchange on Customer Service Hub. It would be helpful if we could also have an option to import/sync contacts via an AD group.

    Apply Multiple Themes for Different Model Driven Apps in an Environment

    Currently, there can only be 1 theme that can be applied to all apps in an environment. In our setup, we have multiple apps owned by different sub groups in an environment. If one sub group chooses their own theme, then it would affect all other apps in the environment.


    Suggesting to have an option to apply different themes per app in an environment. This will enable flexibility in the branding of each app. As a result, we would have lesser dependency to the other sub groups and would maximize environment utilization for all sub groups.

    Enable Multi Select When Editing Columns In Advanced Filters

    In Dynamics 365, the advanced filters feature allows users to filter data in a more specific and precise way. One of the options available when editing columns in advanced filters is the ability to remove a column, if there are multiple columns you want to remove. You have to remove each one individually which can be time consuming. Would be easier if there was an option to multi select and then be able to remove all selected.

    Option to view the API Statistics for Users / Service Principal / App Users

    Currently we dont have any option to view the API usage by different Application users / Service Principal Accounts.


    Having an option to view the list for usage greater than a certain usage (eg - maybe 10 or 20k calls/day) will help the team to monitor the usage and split the API calls accordingly among multiple accounts instead of relying on one account until it fails maxing out.

    Modern Advanced find: Filtering of Disabled Users

    When using queries in modern advanced find, with current design of app, it shows disabled user in list when you try to add filters. There is no option to change this behavior.

    The solution is quite simple: modify the view that is used when searching "users" while adding new query filter, so that only "active" users will be presented. After accomplishing this change - it works on old advanced find, so this is something that Microsoft missed on modern advanced find!

    Automatic record creation rules in the web client

    Automatic record creation rules in the web client will be supported until April 1, 2023.


    In the meantime, if you try to create a new automatic record creation rule, you will receive an error, and to avoid it, there are too many steps to go from customizing the system to applying the "Create and Update Record Rule Items - UCI" setting.


    If there is an easy way to improve this, it will be easier for everyone to use and there will be no disruption until April 1, 2023
