Copilot - Allow insight into responses
Suggested by Blake Scarlavai – New – 0 Comments
Give D365 Admins the ability to have some insight into what responses users are getting from Copilot. This could help ease any security concerns with Copilot as admins could see what kind of reponse they are getting from generative AI and make sure the content is appropriate.Â

Dark Mode for Dynamics 365
Suggested by Lindsay Moyer – New – 1 Comments
Hello! I'm unsure if I put the correct Product & Category. A Frequent request we get from users for our Dynamics 365 app is to have Dark Mode. I'd like to suggest this here so we can give our users the option!

To distinguish Non licenses user limits in Power platform request report
Suggested by Shilpa A – New – 0 Comments
Actual Behavior: When we download the Power platform request report, we could see a caller type 'System' , 'Non interactive user/Application ' users in the report which is causing issues with understanding that whether these users contribute to the tenant API limits.
Expected Behavior: The non- licensed user request limits could be presented separately in the report, which will make easy understanding of licensed user limits and non-licensed user limits.

Business rules are ignored at portals.
Suggested by Surumi Naushad – New – 1 Comments
Cx have added the forms on Power pages that are created from Microsoft Dataverse table, they need to use Business rules in order to show/hide and make the business required for some fields.
But not working in Power Pages. Customer and I tested business rules in Model-driven app and it worked but not in Power pages.
Business Rules are ignored on the Portals level. We need to use java script to make the logic work.
Kindly consider this functionality in future release.

Coppy from Sandbox to Development Environment
Suggested by Selina Müller – New – 0 Comments
Currently it is only possible to copy a sanbox into an envrionment with the type sandbox. Furthermore it is possible to copy and dev environment in a sandbox and production.
The feature of copying a sandbox in an dev environment is missing. If an dev environment needs to be set up, because of problems with the environment or other circumstances, it should be possible to copy the last state of the sandbox in the dev envrionment. Currently it take a lot of time especially for customer insights to recreate forms and settings in the development environment. Please consider this change, it would make the live of an developer way easier.

Scope a specific power app from a Dynamics instance within an Azure conditionals access policy (CAP)
Suggested by Christian Hecht – New – 0 Comments
The initial need comes from the request to provide the dynamics app for outlook within the mobile outlook.
Currently it is not possible to scope a conditional access policy for a specific power app from a dynamics CRM instance. Caused by this we could only handle the whole power apps of a tenant in such a rule.
This is from security perspectives a poor approach.
We suggest it should be possible to create a conditional access policy for a specific power app (from a dynamics CRM). So that we can define the security more precisely.

The Power Page component in the Solution ("type": site) has "status" column displaying off. How to turn it on even after Power Page has been activated
Suggested by Daniel Nguyen – New – 0 Comments
When I go to the solution which contain my Power Page, there is a component having type as "site" and another status column displaying value "off". I have tried many ways to change the status to "on", but it was unusual when I go to Power Page Management -> Website -> Choose the site -> Click "Deactivate" at top bar. The result status is on.
Is there any other way to change the status and what is that status column represents for?
Thank you

Wrap Text in drop-down list after New Look
Suggested by Devi Pasumpon – New – 0 Comments
After introducing New Look in Dynamics 365 sales and case management, the "New Look" enabled Case Type filed value is break down into multiple row. if it does not fit width of the drop down which creates confusion to the user that the value in the drop down showing as two rows for single value. In the "Old Look" value for the case type field is not break down into multiple rows even the field value length is more than the drop down width. Our customer is not happy about this design changes, we are suggesting to change the design of new look dropdown for case type as same as old look.

Diagnosis of users when switching to a managed environment
Suggested by Roarke Pulcino – New – 0 Comments
We have several environments that we would like to enable "Managed" but need to be able to imperially understand the effect on users currently access apps and artifacts in the environment before changing the setting. Currently, different users are licensed differently - some with per user premium licensing, others as part of E5, D365 addons, and others with standalone licenses - per app/per flow, etc.
The question is: Would switching the "Managed" setting to enabled which requires premium licensing, cause a loss of production access for any users? We need a tool to assess in real time the implications of changing that setting for individual envrionments.

Approvals using Source Environment
Suggested by Alice Lee – New – 0 Comments
Hi!
Currently, the Team approvals are set in the Default environment. This causes issues with our users when they have to find the approvals. Please allow for users to be able to see the Team approval app in the source environment used and/or set the default to be their source environment.
Thanks!
