Add highlight field option to Personalization settings
To improve the readability of highlighted text, it would be beneficial to add a highlight field option to the Personalization settings. This would allow agents to choose or remove colors, ensuring the text remains readable by customizing the color in the personalization settings. Currently, this option is only available at the Organization level by modifying the OptionSet.

Align Timezone Display in CIJ Journeys
Currently, the timezone in the list of Journeys is set to UTC by default, while the timezone inside the journey is displayed in the local timezone. It would be beneficial if CIJ could have an additional option to display the same timezone in both the list of Journeys and inside the journey to ensure consistency and avoid confusion.

Extend the limit of view attribute count per entity
Our environment has encountered a 1,000-attribute limit on the entity/table in D365, necessitating a rearchitecture of our usage. We propose increasing the attribute limit to 2,500 to accommodate larger data collections and prevent similar issues. This change would support smoother implementations and ongoing operations, such as enabling the installation of CJI and other applications.

Create Segments based on Accounts
We request the ability to use the account entity in the RTM segment for marketing emails. Many clients use accounts as a prospect funnel, but D365 Marketing currently supports only contacts and leads

Dataverse Seach sorting
The sorting in Dataverse search is determined by the relevance score rather than custom criteria. We would like to have the sorting done on each column based on the created-on/modifie-on date, allowing us to sort the search results as we do in views.

The Table design view don't have "Group by" function.
The user can use the "Group by" feature in Power Apps Grid Control, which is visible in the App view. However, we would like this functionality to also be available in the Table design view.

Download Voicemail at MP3
The audio format for call recordings is MP4, which is a dynamic product design. Since the file is audio-only and not video, the MP4 format is difficult to manage on our devices. We would like to have the option to allow users to download the file as an MP3.

Record SMS messages as Activity sent via Customer Journey
When a message is sent out, we expect it to be recorded on the timeline of contacts/leads. This helps us track communication for each contact.
