Privilages to create "connection" entity
"Connection" entity don't realize roles and privileges like other entities. E.g. If our role have privileges "append"and "append to" on "user/basic" scope for "account" entity, we still can create "connection" record which will be appending "account" record which we aren't owner. My idea is ...
