Redesign Workflow UI
It would be nice if the Workflow/Dialog/Actions UI was redesigned to match the UI currently in place for Business Process Flows, Business Rules, Calculated/Rollup fields.
This would offer consistency and increased productivity over the legacy Workflow UI.
Create button in Business Process Flow does not respect the security model
For instance:
You have 2 custom entities, parent is called Boxes, the child is called Items.
The User has Read, Append and Append To privs for the Items entity. The User does not have Create privs for Items.
Both are included in a business process flow called Moving Out...
Ability to Quickly Tag Records
One of the things we hear the most when it comes to basic Relationship Management (both public sector and private sector) is the ability to quickly "Tag" records (both system and custom entities). This would allow user to visualize these tags via a Word Cloud chart on a dashboard.
Certification Exams do not reference the current version
