My thoughts on the scope and lack of certain questions on new capabilities for Dynamics 365 notwithstanding, the Exams specifically target older versions of the product, with no mention of the specific version(s) they reference.
This is troublesome as those that are not aware may give answers that are correct if they pertain to 9.x, but incorrect if because they pertain to 8.x. This is causing many of my colleague and co-workers to lose $165 dollars that they cannot expense.

For example, questions regarding the configuration of Fields, Sections and Tabs for the mobile apps are no longer correct if you assume 9.x is the version being referenced. That's just one example, but there are more.

So either a.) Make it very clear that the Exams we're taking pertain to 8.x or b.) Update the questions so that they reference 9.x (or, soon, 10.x).

This is not fair to people who spend many un-billable hours studying up on the wrong version and thus coming to a rather expensive exam completely unprepared.
