Increase of time of the access token lifetime in Business Central
Currently on Business Central 14 the windows client disconnects exactly after 8 hours of working every day because tokens expire in 8 hours. It will be great if the windows client could renew the security tokens as web client does.
schedule export data
I am raising this idea from behalf of a partner. On Business Central version is v.14 to be able to schedule exporting of data outside out side of working hours and more specifically to be able to define the export path as it was possible in NAV 2017.
Business Central message- delete user.
On Business Central Cloud when customers want to delete account that is no longer used the message that occurs: "The user ABC_TEST_ROLLEN cannot be deleted because the user has been logged on to the system. To deactivate a user, set the user's state to 'Disabled'." is not customer friendly enough...
Hide/deleted customers from user list
In Business Central user list page to had an option to hide the accounts which are deleted ( no option to enable them again, but without technically delete them, but keep the user in the background to ensure the system does not get corrupted or create create a ‘removed user’ on their place.

Improve the dependency checks when installing an app.
Business Central Database export automation
It will be really usefull if Database export process could be automated. For example if Database export could be made for once a month.
This will give a chance for the customers to keep a backups in case they need them for period longer then automatic backups provided by Microsoft.
Selectively update users from O365
When update use update from O365 button it will be very convenient if you can selectively choose which user and changes to be updated in Business Central.
