Make Invoice Capture file size limit of 20MB configurable or removable
Invoice Capture has a fire size limit of 20 MB.
We have files bigger than this multiple times a month that get completely thrown away and avoided just because of the size limit Microsoft support response with following reasons to why this is the case:

D365 F&O Action Center table should provide data after notifications are turned off
Action center table provides filtering for expired and completed notifications.
However, there is no data in the table after notification is completed or expired even though filters for it exist.
Data about handled notification should be kept in the system for some time ...
