User should get notified with a success message when the Lead Owner is updated and assigned to another user
For the users having user level privilege, they should get notified that the Lead Owner has been updated successfully, when they assign the Lead to another user - currently the system only shows "Access Is Denied" error message and user does not know that Lead Owner has been updated.
