The current system does not display the number of records based on latest search criteria in Quick Find Query and instead still displays the number of records based on the previous result when there are a huge number of records (say more than 10,000). The end-user might get confused due to this.

So, suggest to enhance this feature so that the number of records gets displayed based on the latest search criteria in Quick Find Query, even when generic query is being searched.
