Disable 'Create Flow' for Users
I want to be able to block users from creating flows , iE hide 'create flow'. It should be possible to hide the 'Manage' section when clicking on 'Flow'. Only the 'Run Workflow' section should be visible. Current situation: we use 'run workflow' in the old layout, what is not available anymore ...

Process bar should stay open after refresh
