Customer is seeking to delete the MRU (Most Recently Used) items from the look up field of Contact Lookup which cannot be done using OOB customizations.
Customer mentioned that quick lookup doesn�t work to Lookup the Contact records related to that Account record and it shows Most Recent used contacts in CRM, however if we click �look up more records", then it works fine and shows only contacts related to that account.
