Convert Lead dialog box
The convert lead dialog box dissapeared after the rollup 2012, last december/januari (2012/2013). Now, everytime you qualify a lead, three records are created. This is annoying since it is not always wanted to create three (most of the times it isn't) and therefor it pollutes the databas...
