Search Resolved Cases
I'd like the ability to be able to carry out a search against the resolved cases view.

When an email which contains one or more BCC contacts is tracked in CRM, those BCC details are visible in CRM.
Defeats the point of having 'blind carbon copy'.

When working with leads or opportunities, it would be really useful to be able to create and record a phone call against a lead directly from a View (such as My Leads).

When adding an image to an account, allow the option to search the web for a logo, rather than have to search online, save to local machine and then upload.
