Enable drag and drop in CRM emails
We should be to drag and drop a file when writing an email from CRM instead of having to browse to the file.

Countdown timers and "SLA" feature in Lead
I have seen the countdown timers and SLA feature in "Service" of the Spring 2014 release (Leo) and this is amazing! This needs to apply as well to lead so any organization can make sure not only Cases are responded in a timely manner but Leads as well so no sales opportunity is lost.
