Email the Billing Contact / SA's when downtime is planned for CRM Online.
Having it in the System Notifications is only good if the person logs on during the time the warning is displayed. Can an email be sent to so customers know when downtime is planned.

CRM 2011 Online - Storage Warnings
Users of CRM Online are warned when they login to CRM that their storage limit is at 80% and 90%, this is currently being displayed to ALL users.
Suggestion is that this should be to selected users, or system administrators only.

CRM 2013 - Users are able to edit read only fields after reactivating a record, bug!

Create Contact with a read only field (field is read only)
deactivate the contact (field is read only still)
activate the contact (field is now editable)
