Show Absences/Time Off Entries on the Schedule Board
Currently when a Resource is unavailable to work due to a time off entry in their work hours calendar, the cell in the schedule board is greyed out (the same as standard unavailability such as weekends).

There doesn't seem to be anyway to bulk import time off entries into multiple Resource's work hours calendars. Manual entry could prove hugely time consuming for some organisations who may have thousands of time off entries that they need to move over from existing resourcing systems into D365...
