Export conversations
We have option to export data from Sentiments, Sources, Threads, etc
However we do not get an option to export conversations / posts
This is a basic feature that is missing in the tool
Duplicate Contact records created when Synchronizing CRM with Outlook.
Post installing and configuring CRM client for Outlook
Contacts that already exist in Outlook are duplicated when same contacts are sync from CRM to Outlook
This is because the Duplicate detection rule does not work when records are sync from CRM to Outlook.
