Pen and Touch Support
On Windows 10 PC's that support pen or touch, RA annotations do not work as expected. When users try to annotate using pen or a finger, it is only detected as a non-moving blob at the initial point of contact. Ideally we would like to be able to draw lines, move objects, etc. with pen and touch.
