The CRM Connector does not allow CRM orders with tax amounts less than zero.
In Colombia and other Latinamerican countries, you can sell products that are exempt from sales tax, but do have a "retention tax". This calculation produces a "negative tax amount", which is an amount you are withholding to be paid to government.
