In Colombia and other Latinamerican countries, you can sell products that are exempt from sales tax, but do have a "retention tax". This calculation produces a "negative tax amount", which is an amount you are withholding to be paid to government.

If we have an item that has been setup in GP with a tax schedule that calculates retention tax (a tax detail with a negative percentage), and enter an order in CRM for this item, this order WILL NOT integrate into GP Sales Orders.

The connector produces a message saying "You cannot have a TaxAmount less than 0 unless you are passing in a sales invoice with a negative quantity."

In this case, the CRM connector is not complying with legal requirements, and in our opinion, this should be corrected as soon as possible.
