#NAME?
For some reason that I can't figure out, you can add a user as a Sales Professional on Leads and Opps (using connections) but... not on Accounts. It would be great if users wouldn't have to rely on the kind of horrible "Connect To" feature.

We figured out recently that 2 agents accessing the same case record at the same time (as they work as a team) can both edit it. Hence, one of these guys' changes are lost forever.
