Dialogs (Processes) should be multi-language aware i.e. should be part of the standard translation process. Our customers in large enterprise projects with multiple languages and lots of dialogs do not understand why every single dialog has to be re-created for each language.

Add Language activation and deactivation to Audit
The activation and deactivation of a language / language pack in CRM (not the user setting but the language itself in Settings->Administration->Languages) should be tracked in the standard Auditing of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, currently this is not tracked in Auditing but is asked by customers.

Email - To, CC, Bcc - by default looking up Customer instead of contact (or provide a configurable option to chose this functionality)
We want to default the lookup fields in the email activity for To, CC, BCC to the account entity instead of contact, so when the user clicks the lookup or enters text the lookup functionality should work on accounts by default.
