On qualifying a Lead with no �Parent Contact for lead� associated and no information filled in the �Contact Details� section, a blank/empty contact is created.


A new blank contact is created every time when a lead is qualified. This issue happens when lead is not having any parent contact information or contact details like full name.

Opportunity Product - Inline Edit does not allow to update Price Per Unit field


Opportunity product sub-grid - inline edit does not allow to update Price Per Unit field. It's locked by default. Only when an individual line item is opened (opportunity product form) , price per unit is editable.

More clicks required to add an existing product to an opportunity

Opportunity Product - Existing Product lookup throws QuickFindQueryRecordLimit exceeded exception


When we associate a new opportunity product (with inline sub-grid), in the existing product lookup, if we search for products returning more records (e.g. *office), CRM is throwing exception "QuickFindQueryRecordLimit exceeded. Cannot perform this operation.".
