Filter internal emails from showing up on the portal
There should be a way to filter emails marked as internal/private from showing up under a case in the PowerApps portal (Customer Self-Service).
Convert email responses to portal comments
When someone replies to an email, only the response should show up in the portal as a portal comment rather than the whole email thread. Maybe the outgoing email should say something like "reply above this line" so that anything above the line will show up in the portal.
