Actualización de Citas desde Mobile CRM 4.0 y CRM 2011


La interface a través de Mobile Express, tanto para la versión 4.0 como para la Beta 2011 no permiten actualizar las Citas (Appointments) desde los equipos móviles, lo que limita en gran mendida que los clientes que adminsitran sus citas a través de equipos móviles no puedan actualizarlas.

Manage users only for reference to assign Opportunities, Activities, Cases, etc.


Any customers need assign users (without CRM licenses) only for reference for Opportunities, Activities, Cases, etc.

Currently, this works only scenario when a licensed user is created and then removed it, leaving inactive user in CRM, but with the possibility to assign records.
