Business Rules - Show/Hide Option Set Values
Our customer would like to show/hide option set values in a dependent optionset using business rules. The UI would be similar to that in the "Condition" for an OptionSet field.
Update Deactivated Records via API
We need the ability to update inactive records through the api or workflow. Our client is changing a number of business processes, and ideally we want to update the historical data in activities (phone calls) without impacting the modified dates. This is specifically for CRM Online.
Business Rules - Improve UI for Complex Rules
Business Rules are great, but can be a pain when you need to add a lot of fields for show/hide, set required, etc. It would be great if there was some simpler UI or text based interface / import / etc. for setting a number of fields at the same time.
