System settings for customer type (account or contact or both)
It would be very useful to be able to set whether the corporation is Account base or Contact base or Both.
The CRM will the restrict the record type to be selected from. Also will restrict the out of the box Dialogues.
E.g. Convert to case dialogue the customer can be an accoun...

Enhance the E-mail editor
The CRM E-mail editor is very weak. Doesn't support properly the HTML e-mail. The format of the e-mail always changes and gives a bad end result.
The signature doesn't look professional.
