Tracking tasks, created in outlook, to CRM
at the moment you can only track E-mails and appointments from Outlook to CRM. it would be great if you could also track tasks (created in Outlook) to CRM using the Dynamics for Outlook app.

When there is an incoming phone call and TEAMS DIALER is enabled the system creates automatically a phone call activity, as soon as you accept the call.
