The Client would like to be able to define both Contact and Account for instance as Regarding. Addin custom attributes is not answering to the need as the need is that the activity is on the activity tab in social wall of both record : Account and Contact

For opportunity, it exist possibility to assign it with two click to "me" while for activity there is no this option. It is requested to align those two behaviours and have this possibility also for activities.

[IMPORTANT] Queue - Automatic cleaning when moving from one queue to another or assigning to user


Required behaviour:

- when the record is moved from one queue to another - the "working on" field should be emptied

- when we change the owner of queue, we clean the field "working on" on the related queue item
