The issue is: - When you create email in Outlook or CRM, you can create draft email, save it, add attachments and then SEND - When you create appointment then behavior is different if Outlook and CRM: o Outlook: you can create appointment, then you can add attachments and then decide so SEND or just save. If you only save, invitations will not be added. o CRM: you can create appointment and save it BEFORE you can add attachments � Save is automatically sending invitations and it is impossible like in Outlook to save without sending � After and only after is saved (and invitations are sent) you can add attachment, so update to already sent invitation will be sent to the Client

 

Will be added in 9.0 - the possibility to save the appointment in Dynamics as draft (the invitations will be not sent) and as appointment "ready to sent"  (invitations will be send)
