Allow Customizations on Quick Create forms of Activities (ex. Phone, Task)


In the Case form for example, there are Quick Create buttons for Phone Call and Tasks, it would be nice if you can customize those Quick Forms to add Duration for example.

Ownership of Email activities should be set to the User or Queue that synchronized the email to the CRM, not based on the User/Queue in the To field of the Email activity.
