Business Required field saves without any Value
User from CRM 2015 and CRM 2016 are able to save null value in the field which is Business Required on field level and Read only on form
Content of Sub-Grid cannot be added to dynamic value in email
There should be an option to add the content of the Sub-Grid to the dynamic value in email while creating a Workflow. At present, we only have the option to add Fields in Dynamics value.
Modify the view of "Look For" from "Business Queue" to "All Queue" while routing the Queue items.
When a customer tries to Route an item to a Queue and the customer does lookup in the queue's it by default shows the Business Queue only which is hardcoded. Customer wants that the Look up should do lookup for All queues instead of Business Queues only.
