Use e-mail address of default contact in the sales order in stead of the e-mail address of the customer
When creating an sales order the default contact (person) of the customer is filled in on the sales order. But the e-mail address of this contact is not used. When you change the contact to another person en back on the previous default contact person the correct e-mail address is filled in.

Also delete attachement from sent e-mails when sent e-mails are deleted (by a retention policy)
In the retention policy you can setup a policy for deleting sent e-mails ( Table 8889 ).
When an e-mail has attachement this attachement is stored in the Tenant Media table and in the Table E-mail Attachement ( 8904 )
We expected Business Central also deletes an attachem...
