In the retention policy you can setup a policy for deleting sent e-mails ( Table 8889 ).

When an e-mail has attachement this attachement is stored in the Tenant Media table and in the Table E-mail Attachement ( 8904 )

We expected Business Central also deletes an attachement from a sent e-mail from the table 8904 and the Tenant Media. But that's not the case.

Request is to delete the attachement from a sent e-mail when this e-mail is deleted.

This prevents a immer growing Tenant Media table.
