The form design for the "Assign organizations"(within System administration > Users > Users) isn't very friendly when managing a user's setup. After rollout, we will have over 700+ legal entities. We will never assign a security role access globally - always to a legal entity.

When the form opens, we are forced to scroll through a list of 700+ legal entities to get to grant/revoke legal entities. Then when we are presented with the grid of assigned legal entities, We can only see 6 at a time due to the form design and doesn't present enough on the screen.

The ask is to re-assess the form design, at least making the legal entity grid larger, or have the legal entity grid always shown at the bottom half of the screen so our poor administrators don't have to wade through this screen every time we need to make a security change.

Hi Drew,

I do agree the form can be more user friendly. To make it more manageable today: I have been involved in an implementation with over 2500 legal entities. To be able to do a more easy search within the legal entities to be assigned, we created organization hierarchies. Eg. start with enterprise > continent > country > operational type > legal entities.
In addition, we did setup automatic role assignments, so the organization assignment should be done only once per rule.
