User should have the ability to personalise the default view to his choice.  Currently the system allows the same default setting for all users  Organization which has implemented CRM for multiple departments would want to have a default view for an entity that is corresponding to their department. For e.g. - Sales users might want to view different details as against the users from the customer care department or marketing department  The system should provide the flexibility to personalise views at a user or team level for an entity instead of defaulting it to one choice .   Products affected - 4.0 / 2011
