I really like the new organizational insights dashboard as it give my teams better insight into the engagement and usage of the CRM system.


Now that we have this starting point, we need to be able to take it further.  We need to understand what applications are being used, what functions are being used and where are the users coming from.  IE Business unit or roles.


It is good to know that people are using the system, but we need to know what areas of the system are being leverage so that we know where to focus and where are volumes are coming from.


So, it is a great start, but we need to get to the next level.
