We need the ability to make adjustments or corrections to the Royalty Claims amount that has been calculated.

Certain scenarios require different calculations:

1. Intercompany Sales between Legal Entities need to be exempt from Royalty Calculations.
2. Customer Classifications, like Distributor and Reseller, may have different Royalty Rates per the Contract.

The Royalty Agreement form does not provide a way to select customer types for calculating. Additionally, once the Sales Order is invoiced, the claim is automatically calculated.

Once royalty claims are fully validated in the system, there is currently no built-in way to adjust them. 

Please consider making this adjustment process available and providing a matrix to select customer types/groups for which royalty should be calculated.
