Ability to set over / underdelivery percentage per customer/vendor

Now you can only set over/under delivery % on released products. We have a general internal agreement on the over delivery % but a few customers only accept lower percentages. At the moment it's not possible to set under or over delivery percentages by customer or vendor account.
