When the BC instance has EnableSqlReadOnlyReplicaSupport enabled and the report's DataAccessIntent is set to ReadOnly, the "InsertAttachment" procedure in Codeunit 8905 Email Message Impl. fails at TenantMedia.Get(MediaId) because the media cannot be found. This enhancement would ensure that attachments can be added to emails under these conditions.

its needed that report to always be run in ReadOnly mode, except for when it's attached to an e-mail, as this behavior doesn't seem to work, it is prefered changed in the platform, preferably a way to override it when calling/executing the report
