Our sales force has provided feedback indicating that it would be great to display scheduled phone call activities in the CRM calendar.
Often times users will setup a phone call based on an agreed upon time with a client not realizing that they have a scheduled appointment at the same time. If the Appointments, Service Activities and scheduled phone calls could display in the calendar it would help avoid these conflicts.

In addition displaying the number of activities scheduled for the day on the calendar would be beneficial from a sales persons perspective.

I think all (non-closed) activities should be in the calendar! With an additional filter (activity type), the user can decide, what records he wants to see.
