Recently, we have encountered a situation, where a Production environment was updated during working hours and after checking the TAC, the Update Windows was defined.

We have contacted Customer Support Service for further investigation and received information, that the Update Window was defined after the upgrade took place.

It will be good, if we can track the User activity in the Admin Center in such situations.

Thank you for this suggestion! We have added modifications to environment settings, including the upgrade window, to the Operations page in the Tenant Admin Center. Additionally, we are adding signals for Environment Lifecycle Telemetry to Application Insights in 2022 wave 1, so you could trigger alerts if an update window is changed for an environment (or for executions of other operations).
