Users often go on vacation or on maternity leave.

The IT user needs to assign vacation user roles to a substitute user, and remember to rollback the original roles to the substitute user upon the user's return from leave.

It would be nice to have a functionality to designate a substitute user to another regarding roles, groups and permissions with the time period (starting at - until).
