A number of organisations budget at department level and then departments will run projects or programs with the Project Accounting and Management module to get the outcomes required given the money allocated. At present budgeting cannot distributed budget amount into projects budgets nor ensure the department responsible for a number of projects cannot over or under allocate budget. Only the project module can push forecasts or budgets up into budget module. A organisation can manually setup budgets in projects however, this means they could over or under allocated budgets. Furthermore, budget revisions from the department level or from the project level, cannot be managed and kept syncronised.
