Allow searching company directory by "known as" name or search name. Currently first name and last name are the only options for both custom columns and the filter box.

I´d like also add an employee' photo to be displayed in Company Directory - it would be very helpful for orientation and knowing each other in bigger companies.

It will also be very helpful if it would be possible to have some filters to choose from e.g. position with a department. It will be much easier to find a person, because you typically looking for a specific person from a specific position/department but not knowing the persons name.
