I would like the ability to disable tooltips as it hinders workflow when you're trying to tab through a page when it pops up. Thank you.

This could be a very useful feature. I think it would be best if it could managed on a per-user basis as part of User Settings as ToolTips could be valuable to some, but not others within an organization.
