Currently we install or update PTE extensions via an App Registration on our customer tenants.
When the check the Environment Operations, then the Created By field is empty for these operations.
It would be helpful to get information about the app registration that was used.
Additionally it seems that the "Created by" user is missing for a manual Upload of a PTE extension.
This is really confusing and should be changed.
